Okay, I got something done- finally.
I tested it and I think it works okay, but only time will tell. You will notice that everyone got a freebie and that will help validate the results next week. I also had to place it offsite because it was the only space availabe where I could set the permission.  When RTD gets back, I'll move it, but for now, bear with me.
