Good win FAMU. Sounds like a good time was had by everyone except the Wildcat faithful.

A question for someone in attendance: how many players did we (BCU) dress?

We played a game last week in which we dressed 7 healthy players. One of our best players dressed only because it was senior night. He was the 8th player dressed.

Good thing he did because 3 BCU players fouled out in OT and we had to walk the 8th, wounded, one-legged player out just to finish the game.

Everything was set for a story book ending, but the "1 legged" player forgot to hit the game winning shot at the buzzer. Poor BCU! Cry

That is the offical attendance but there were clearly more than that because the capacity is 3500 and there were people on the floor,steps and the walls so I know we were clearly over capacity. Alot of people must have snuk in.....

May I point out that FAMU only beat UMES (1st round opponent) by 2 the last time, in the closing seconds about 10 days ago? And the potential quarterfinal opponent (NSU), beat you by 11 on your home floor? And that your likely semifinal opponent, either Hampton or Coppin, both beat you last time you played them?

I'm just sayin'.

If my memory serves me right as to recent history, FAMU was one of the top 5 seeds and got a 1st round bye when they won their last 2 tourney titles, right? So maybe I know more than you think Smiler

Also krfamu, why you worried about CSU? FAMU has to win twice and so does Coppin before those teams would play in the semis...FAMU has to beat UMES and NSU, and CSU has to beat BCU and Hampton.

And? Like I said, FAMU meets CSU in the semis if they both win twice. That's a lot of forward thinking, and assuming.
