U R so funny. Whenever you just break down and have to acknowledge a wrong by Clemens, you almost always bring up Bonds.

I'm sure psychologist have a name for this syndrome. Perhaps "Clemens Phallicualr Infatuation" or "Bonds Bozak Disorder." Either way, you should have it checked out.

1. There connected. You can't separate the two. How often is the best hitter of a generation and the best pitcher of the same generation involved in a large PED ring such as this?

It's like not being able to separate Bird and Magic, Russell and Chamberlain, Tom Brady and Petyon Manning, Bobby Hull and Gordie Howe.

Man, I don't get this idea of holding these athletes and other peeps in the news in any kind of reverence. But I guess I know too much about them and have met too many of them to have any type of awe concerning them. Surprised that it took you this long to see through "The Pocket", though. Other names for this syndrome are "Pocket Balling", "Bonds EyE Full" , and "Rogeritis".

I'm so glad this is blowing up in ESPN and those other NY-centric sports talk radio clowns.They blew off folks bringing up Clemmons years ago in an effort to vilify Bonds.Now their hero is a child molesting,Congressional hearing ,child molester to boot.

The New York Daily News reported that Clemens had a relationship with the former wife of golfer John Daly, Paulette Dean Daly. Daly's ex-wifeCiting several sources, the News said that Clemens made flight plans for Paulette Daly to watch him against the Angels.

Paulette Daly admitted that she knew Clemens.

"Yeah, I've known Roger quite a while and we are friends," Daly said.

But when asked if she'd ever been romantically involved with Clemens, Daly told the News, "You know what, I'm really uncomfortable talking about this. I'm just going to have to say, 'No comment.'

"I know Roger. I consider him a good friend. That's all I'm comfortable saying."

This news comes to light after a relationship surfaced between the pitcher and country music singer Mindy McCready, whom he reportedly met when she was 15 years old.

"I have known Roger Clemens for a long time," McCready said, without detailing the nature of their relationship.

Clemens' lawyer, Rusty Hardin, confirmed the pitcher and singer had known each other for a long time, but told the newspaper there was no sex.

"Mindy McCready is a longtime family friend of Roger Clemens and the Clemens family," Hardin said in a statement Monday.

Clemens hasn't addressed his relationship with Daly nor McCready.
