Head Coach |
One look at our paltry endowments and AD budgets should provide your answer. |

I don’t think so. as I stated previously, just because hbcu’s are not as financially prosperous as pwc’s does not prove hbcu alumni don‘t do their fair share. for example, a&t has a larger alumni base than wake forest but wake forest's endowments and certainly their athletic budgets far exceed a&t's. yet, a&t is the 3rd highest rated state supported school (not just hbcu's) in north carolina in terms of percentage of alumni that give back. why aren't our endowments/athletic budgets larger than wake forest's even though we have a larger alumni base (that's proven to give back) and an enrollment that is almost triple that of wake forest? deeper pockets, baby! deeper pockets! _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ oleschoolaggie, coming to an hbcu near you... |
