It's time to do something. They have been embarrassed by a less talented team. Trade Dirk to a team that doesn't need his defense.

Avery Johnson needs to be fired. His entire offensive playbook consists of isolation plays for Dirk. There's enough talent on that team where they shouldn't struggle as much as they do.

They need to fire the owner.

Avery Johnson was against trading for Kidd. He also wanted to get rid of Dirk when the Lakers offered Kobe for him. They traded away his quickest guard and his best big man.

It's not Avery's fault that team lost in the NBA championship after leading 2 games to nam.

His team is soft and they choak down the strech. It's sad to see a guy with so much heart get stuck with a bunch of pansies with no heart.

Kidd will battle it out, but his better days are behind him. And to think Dallas traded a good young guard for Joumana's ex-husband.

How can Dirk be soft when he averaged 30 and 11 in the first-round?

To me it looked like Dallas is not a very athletic team. I mean, when you have Eddie Jones, Jason Kidd, Devon George, Erik Dampier and Jerry Stackhouse on the floor, it's not a very athletic bunch of guys that can matchup with teams like the Hornets and Warriors. Dallas ran into teams that presented bad matchups.

Plus, Dallas did not share the ball, went cold from the field and allowed Chris Paul to do what he wanted. That's why they lost this series. You can't blame it on one player at all. Dallas needs to get more athletic and faster up front for next season.

3 and 12 in their last 15 playoff games... I like Avery, but in this case, the captain goes down with his ship. Whether he built it or not, he commanded it.
