Decent crowds tonight, but the crown of the largest MEAC game goes to the 1st Battle of the Bay--NSU vs. Hampton(actually #2 if counting Howard vs. Hampton in NYC).

Hampton vs. NSU at HU is the #3 largest after A&T vs. WSSU (would've been 2nd if HU students weren't on spring break)

Laugh Hampton on your mind again oldsport. I was talking about the games in general. Our STUDENTS ARE ON SPRING BREAK ALL THIS WEEK & our attendances count mainly on students. As with most seasons in the past, Hampton has proven ourselves in attendance as being somewhere btw #2-4 this year, and (prior to the Aggies' surgence), #1 or #2 in MEAC bball attendance. Now oldsport, you already know the first rule of smack and for MSU's sake- ya really don't wanna go down that road on this one. Frowner NO EXCUSES !

If the student had not been on spring break, what would have the attendance been? 1,000?

Yeah right, HU averages over 2000 folks every game, and a game against HowU could have been anywhere btw 2500-4500, prob bigger than any game Morgan had at home all season Frowner
Nice try oldsporty, no smack from Morgan on bball attendance- NONE Laugh

Numbers at Hampton are always inflated. Actually, on 03/06, Hampton probably had more like 200 in attendance. Is this like Hampton's 17,000 or 20,000 seat football stadium? Laugh
