People soft programming is a tracking data base. Most Companies i've worked for have this program called Vantive it's a people soft product and it's a ticketing system used to track different nuances of a business particulars. We use it in the IT field to track users and how they call in help desk tickets. From that we gather data about users & their systems and the most common issues they have with their laptops and desktops. From that we create classes for users to help them strengthen their pc skills.
