I've used shutterfly.com and snapfish.com

Depending on what you are doing. Smugmug worked for me because I'm trying to sell my pics online and also protect them from theft. Of course, there's a hefty little fee that comes with that.

I use photobucket. My only complaint is that sometimes resizing can be an issue.
