That's a start bc you are a lady before you are a Delta, AKA, Rho or Zeta.

But, part of it is that today's college women are focused too much on the "paper/pledge" debate to even have time to groom or be groomed. It breaks my heart when I go to stepshows and college greek events (on the rare occassion that I do) to see the ladies acting like the men should and the men acting like the ladies should.

When I look at these pictures, I see a bunch of folks who first need to read a protocol manaul then sit down and talk to someone with wisdom and sense. This is truly out of hand.
