 I lived three blocks from this very spot!! It was kinda rough for a while in the late 80's though.  This is azz whopping material !!!   Definate azz kicking.At Howard no less.    dummy     nice  please I actually enjoyed this blog and the writer had a lot an I mean alot of good points.The inmates have taken over the asylum in many instances.The auxilaries to me have lost almost all total relevance. All of our orgs have this to some degree.But the sad part it appears that the general headquarters are slow to clamp down on this.
