Does anyone have a home gym? If yes, what kind of equipment do you have?
I recently purchased a Bow Flex Extreme 2 SE. I had to assemble and learn how to use it. Nautilus owns Bow Flex. I had a YMCA Family membership but rarely used it. I just did not have the time. Shot Caller-Actually, I did not watch the advertisement. My father watched the advertisement, bought one for himself, and suggested that I get one. Since I said I did not have the money
 my father contributed $1,000 and called it a fathers day gift. I added another $300 and purchased the Bow Flex Extreme 2 SE. The cheaper units require moving the pulleys between exercises.I am impressed with the Bow Flex. I had to learn how to use it. You can perform 70 different exercises. My associate pastor back home has one, and he has trimmed and tightened TREMENDOUSLY!! He now has his wife and son using it. They LOVE IT!!

Do you have to put it together yourself,or is it already assembled when delivered? BTW,isn't this a great way to change fat into muscle? Shot Caller-You won't have any problem with assembly. It took me about 3 hours to assemble. With the exception of the screws, nuts, and bolts, the parts are large.
