Starting January, I will join a new Health Club! But im debating which one. Any suggestions?
Im looking for Weights, Cardio, Basketball courts, pool, and possibly some punching bags, things like that!

I have been with Washington Sports club for a year now. I dont like it!

Sport & Health is NIIIIIIICE. They have an indoor pool, basketball court and tennis court.

I have a Bally's membership for weight training. I box with my trainer at Third Power Fitness in Adams Morgan (18th street). It's your typical low key boxing gym. It doesn't have many of the bells and whistles of other gyms, but I continue to support them because it is Black owned. They have 24 hour access as well.

Your're in DC or MD?

Results Gym on Capital Hill is pretty good.

Out of DC, I also like the World Gym.

It is 24 hours and while it is pretty basic, the facilities are clean adn it doesn't get crowded.

I used to got to Bally's years ago, but that is a straight meat market.

Try LA Fitness if they have one in your area.
