Hey guys,especially my boy Tyrone,after searching for one in the local want ads for quite awhile,I broke down and ordered a Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE.I want everyone to know that I'm serious about weight training now.Before,I was thinking that cardio exercises were more important for weight loss.That's why I focused on walking and using my stationary bike.My research reveals though that weight training is what really burns the fat.
