What is recommended for some serious weight loss as a supplement to a cardio and strength training work out regimen?

Well, I can only tell you what's worked for me. I drink a gallon of water per day Monday thru Friday. It sucks running back & forth to the bathroom, but I've lost 50+ pounds. I do this in conjunction with cardio 3 days a week and weightlifting twice a week. I haven't changed my diet much (but I'm slowly beginning to do that too). The water kinda cleans you out, and if the water is cold, your body will burn extra calories trying to warm you back up. Also, try to cut your calories back by 500 calories a day. That sounds like a lot to some folks, but I'm a double whopper addict, and that's like 800 calories for just the burger.
