Is this some new "health" food or beverage that is being marketed towards lazy Americans as the panacea to weight loss, improved vision, better sex, etc?

I have a friend who sells it and uses it...he says it really helps his ailments (he has leg problems)...that mess is 45 bones a bottle!! Crazy
