Has anyone on this board used any weight loss formulas that speeds up the metabolism and caused you to lose weight successfully?

I've successfully used Hydroxicut products in the past. I last used Hydroxicut Hardcore about a year ago and lost 8 pounds with no weight training or changes in my diet and only moderate cardio. However, you have to drink upwards of a gallon of water a day and listen to your body. Thermogenics affect folks differently. My wife for example gets jittery and feels like her heart beats too fast when she took it, so she doesn't take them. They don't affect me at all.

Thanks Max! I'm using them and I'm on my 2nd bottle because I'm taking three each time three times per day.I'm also drinking a solution called creatine that revs me up for workouts but this is only once per day.

Thermogenics can do it.

I started using Thermogenics push extreme for females. I will let you know in a couple of weeks if it works or not.
