I did not know that Comcast offered this but I did a few of the shows this morning.

The hip-hop ones I did were all white women and they had ability to dance and I couldn't keep up.

The shows were ok but not much instruction and they are short and it takes a while for the digital tv to pull up the shows so I had to make sure to keep moving between programs.

Anyone else do these?

Yes, I mentioned this in another thread about the Belly dancing, reggee, salsa, and a few other dancing ones.

Have you checked out the Walking to Fitness workout On Demand? At first, I didn't think nothing of it but it is actually a great workout too.

Yep, I love them. I only wish I had ample space to do the cardio ones.

I usually do the quick workouts or the ones that give me 20-30 minutes of exercise. I found a new one yesterday with a brother hosting.

He ain't cute, though. Laugh

I gotta get me some of those cute little hand weights.

I'll try the Walking to Fitness tomorrow. I'm turning in my black card after failing to master the hip-hop moves.

Laugh I turned my black card in a LONG time ago but I still have my dreams of becoming "DSU Sweet 16 D' Elegant" Wink

I like the belly dancing workout but I'm left feeling like I've done something Devil Crazy

I underestimated the Walking to Fitness workout because it said it was for Seniors..... NOT. I really like this workout. They have 1 - 3 miles walking programs.

Laugh I purchased a DVD and that walking stuff was boring...I fell asleep when I trying to check it out.

Now if they have Morning Stretch on there (Showing my age), I'm in trouble.

I did a 40 min Walk this morning and I worked up a nice little sweat. I think these will be added to my repertoire. Thumb Up

How does that work? Is it something you can do in a limited amount of space? I might have to try it. I've been doing Resolution Solution with Kendall and I forget the other girl's name.

You don't need much space at all. It's basically like marching in place. You go side to side and back and forth. It seems like a no-brainer but it does give a decent work-out.

I like Kendall! Heart

Bet, I'm gonna try that one this weekend.

Kendall's work-out isn't as strenuous as the girl's, but it's doable for lazy me.

I went to do one of the exotic dancing ones but all they had was an instructional one. I thought it sucked.

I did a beginning yoga one and it was ok but if I didn't have a little knowledge about yoga, I'd have been lost.

They've done away with a lot of the programs - nothing in yoga, pilates, resolution solution, etc. Hope they put some new ones up soon.

I did the kid's walk last night as I didn't have 40 minutes to devote to the one mile walk. I kinda liked it except for the female instructor's voice was so annoying.
