Day 2 and I'm still having trouble logging in the website...
 Ok Team Rashad, by chance can we sit up another forum in addition to the one Discovery Health has so I can track my results. I was having the same problem until I exercised some patience

I cheated today. I had a(one) chocolate chewy cookie from Publix
 I'm upset about how my afternoon started. I'm an emotional eater. Nothing is going according to plan for the weekend so instead I'm home(worked a half day) when I'm suppose to be on the Ronald Reagan Turnpike heading to Tallahassee right now.
