This my second time doing the Challenge. My first time was back in 2004 and I just wanted the free 8 week membership to Bally's but the overall challenge turned out to be alot of fun and definately boosted my motivation. I lost 36lbs in the 8 weeks. Durning the challenge they give you lots of free tools off of the Discovery Health Website and cool things from the Discovery Store. I'm joining this time to get my motivation back up again....

wow...you go gurl. That's alot of weight for 8 wks. Heck, I would be about 85% to my target goal if I lost that much.
