I just picked up Kevin Trudeau's books about the importance of eating organic foods and things the medical profession and food industry don't want us to know.It's very enlightening about why Americans are heavier than the rest of the world.
I'm finding that diet foods and drinks keep you fat and so does using artificial sweeteners.I'm finding that the food industry actually put addictives in the food to get us hooked on eating.That includes the fast food industry.
An employee that works in the meat market at a local Publix told me that the human growth hormones that goes into the meats is what get and keep Americans fat and causes our children to mature much too fast.

If you google Mr. Trudeau ...

You will find him to be one of the nation's biggest charlatans ... And even if some of the things in his latest scam may be true, the mere fact that he is speaking on it should raise a red flag about it.

It is ok...a little more juicier and tender than the regular grocery store bought chicken. And...you're going to pay a fortune for it also. Not worth it in my opinion. Whole Foods tend to sell them. But be careful of the whole Organic Fad...there are a lot of foods labeled "ORGANIC"...but they are hardly what you consider when you think of organic.

BTW...when you see the name Kevin Trudeau...think snake oil salesman. He'll get you killed if you listen to his advice before consulting a real medical doctor.

Thanks Tyrone and Buffalo Soldier I love chicken but for some reason, I can't digest it so I'm willing to try organic chicken to see if it's indeed the chemicals they feed the chicken that makes me so sick. I have heard also of it's juiciness and tenderness

You're right Buffalo Soldier, organic products are truly expensive but I'll have to pay the price if they are going to cooperate with my digestive system. I'm seen two organic chicken breast in the store being sold for almost $7.00

Maybe it was the fake chicken combined with the drugged up chicken that did you in.

What ever it was, I'm through with it. My diet consist of just fish, shrimp and crabs. So I'm going to stick with that.

Again, I don't know much about this Trudeu person. Let's not shoot the messenger. The bottom line is conventional American eating habits (e.g. processed/fast foods) will only increase health ailments and prepare you for long term relationshi with the pharmeceutical companies. Unhealthy and sick folks is a cottage industry.

I try to make sure that diet is balanced with whole foods---whole fruits/veggies, whole grains, legumes, dried beans, and plenty of water and exercise. As a single parent, it is a challenge. Again, it's about balance and making it a lifestyle. This is especially important for my daughter.


A few months back, I learned that health insurance through my job is so expensive because so many employees are sick and unhealthy. What's sad is that these fatties consistently keep doughnuts and other junk in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy. It's not fair to me because I only go to the doctor for annual checkups and an occasional athletic injury.

Yes Truedeau--is kinda shady--but there are other articles books, studies, not to mention living proof that organic foods are good for you.

Even if folks cannot afford organic, drinking more water, exercising and cutting out junk food are just a few good steps to being helathier.
