In preparation for the new year, I ordered a new Winsor Pilates dvd that uses the balance ball and I also ordereda belly dance video by Amira.

I currently use and love the regular Winsor Pilates dvd as well as Zumba, which is like Latin dance/exercise, and Tae Bo, of course. Tae Bo is the most effective set I've used and Billy gives you a great workout but I am cussing him out the whole way through!

I have one that works for me. Being pretty much at normal weight, I find that it works better than those that make me perspire. The secret is below and I thought I'd share.

1. I decrease the number of times my elbow pushes my hand/fork toward my mouth.

2. I then use my empty hands and push away from the table.


I swear it works.
