In all honesty, I emjoyed my Tae-Bo videos (when I stuck with them)...they helped A LOT!! I also enjoy the belly dancing videos. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ This is how the toy comes. I have the bellydancing videos also...the ones with the twins. I just ordered Strip Pilates and Strip Aerobics from amazon.com. I hope it works me out and is fun also.

Comcast OnDemand has a great line up of free exercise videos. I've tried the african dancing, belly dancing and salsa. The video's are about 17 mins each but you really feel the workout.

Wow...I've never actually taken a class. I see advertisements for class in certain neighborhoods. I went to a Steppin' Class. I was sore for days.
