Thanks for the chart...a lot of stuff I love that's good for the heart. Thumb Up I need to eat more fruit, so I'll try to keep a lot of that in mind.

It's not a fruit, but I heard a glass of wine (I think red) is good for the heart as well. Makes sense considering it comes from grapes. Smiler

Interestingly enough, I took French in high school and in college. It is indeed red wine but it also is believed to service aiding in the digestion process. One of my French penpals says it's unheard of not to drink red wine with a meal like we do. Maybe that's one of the reasons why we have so many digestion problems in the US.

Then try the milled seed and the oil str8 in a smoothy.

And coconut oil also does numbers in stimulating weight loss. And wheat grass is too much typing but it has a LOT of benefits.
