I am trying to do this cleanse and I have the book but I don't quite have a clear understanding...I purchased some Morton Sea Salt at Wal-mart...is that ok? On the label is says something about having an anticaking agent...I can't stomach the tea. I mean...I don't need it...My system works fine without laxative stuff....to put that in my system will cause me to be really sick for real....I plan on starting on the cleanse as soon as I find out enough information...get enough feedback from others....Oh my hair....I read somewhere that you will lose your hair...is that true? Please I need some help...

The only hair you will lose is the hair that's dead at the roots.
As far as salt is concerned, that's not part of the cleanse, if we're talking about the same master cleanse. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ If it's true that our species is alone in the universe, then I'd have to say the universe aimed rather low and settled for very little. |

Actually the sea salt flush is recommended during the morning to faciliate in the cleansing process. Prior to day 1 they say you should start with an herbal laxative like Smooth Move and then use the salt water flush the next morning. I bought my sea salt from a health food store so I'm sure about Morton's.
