I don't particularly like carbonated drinks, especially Pepsi and Coke. Since the carbon is just strong for me, I pour half water/half soda into a glass...that's if I reallly have a taste for a carbonated drink.

I only drink reformulated ginger ale from whole foods market... I may be ok, no High Fructose Corn Syrup - that man made sweetener that turns off the bodies mechanisms that trigger the full stomach sensation - thats potentially deadly since it can lead to obesity and other issues...

Same here...I can barely finish a 20 oz soda nowadays. When I found out that drinking a soda a day could add 15 lbs. in a year's time, I cut back.

Too much of it will keep fat on. Also, it'll do a number on your kidneys. So I drink them in moderation.
