I have seen this too. If you get it please post a review. I'm very curious but I don't know anyone who's tried it. I'm still learning to balance on the ball!!

Yes, that always works but I do find that using the balance ball makes it much better on my lower back.

Same here...and it also gives an extra advantage in that you have to make sure you are balanced to do the crunch.
