Colonoscopy exam went well on yesterday.No polyps found this time.Must do it again in three years because in the 50's age range is when it's most critical for Black men to keep a close eye on their colon health.
My doctor gives you a copy of the pictures of your colon.That's a heckuva keepsake.Cleaning out is always the roughest part.

Did you have to do a "cleansing" before he did the colonoscopy?

I know what you mean....I had one done about 2 years ago...at age 37....Very humbling...

Yes,I had to do a thorough cleansing and I'm thrilled with the results.I do another one in 3 years then if that goes well,it'll go to every 5 years.
Next up,prostate biopsy next Monday.Oh God!!

I guess that's what makes barium nitrate a friend to many.

Cleaning out period is hard.
