she wasn't arrested for wearing the dress; she was arrested for refusing to leave.
I am guessing after they told her to either go change into a different dress or do not come in at all and to just LEAVE, babygirl decided I AIN'T GOIN NO DAYUM WHERE...NOW WHAT?

So true!! I am thoroughly disgusted at the amount of 16, 17, and 18 yr olds I see in the city and county lock-ups around here every single day on charges of disorderly conduct, profane and abusive language, and resisting arrest, all because someone at a store, restaurant, theater, or club told them "NO!"
