Actually it is for black men. See we were content to travel to other cities like Atlanta, Miami, LA or DC for the ever present out of town hookup. Which is why events like the Essence Festival, Freaknik, Black Bikers Weekend, Galveston's Kappa Party and Daytona Beach flourished. The international booty calls started roughly 10 or so years ago when money was flowing from the dot coms, real estate, music and other lucrative businesses. Rap videos from Jay Z and others highlighted the beautiful women that could be found in these locales. Miami really is the culprit since most of the fine women down there are imports. Naturally brothers started rollin to their homelands to check things out for themselves.
