What if JaQuonda Markequess Washington a big black dude or Omar Hussein Hassan an Iranian engineering student had been going around VaTech stalking white coeds, scaring petite white poetry instructors, writing stories so angry and hostile that seasoned instructors asked that he be removed from their class? What if JaQuon or Omar refused to speak to their roommates and just stared at people without speaking? What would VaTECH have done?
