How about this year at the MEAC Tourney(Sat.) morning they have a botb after the cheeleaders do their thing? Let's add some more excitement and stop leaving the arena in a 2hr period (if that).

After the Honda BOTB, not too many schools participate in anymore BOTB's until the new school year. You may find one or two, but many are concentrating on their symphonic/concert seasons. To some of us, this is just as important as marching band season.

^^^I understand what you are saying. However, when the CIAA was at the RBC some years ago they did have a botb and I know Va. State was 1 participant. It was on a Sat.

the CIAA has it every year. the first year it was VSU vs JCSU. since then its been VSU vs NCCU. this year its VSU vs Shaw. should be a good battle.

I would love to see a BCU vs NSU battle!

CIAA bands are NOT MEAC bands.

It COULD happen, but by the weekend, if you aren't left standing on Friday night, then you are usually on your way home... unless someone is going to pay for those extra nights.

[EDIT] I see you only have two bands, not all of them. I guess it would all depend on the bands. In the CIAA, the bands are all in close proximity, so there wouldn't be a traveling issue. I guess you could use A&T and some other nearby school, if you wanted to.
