Even though its true that no MEAC school admitted after the 1980s has won a playoff game, aside from that one measure- in FCS im not sure the 2 schools (NSU vs. Hampton OR JSU) should be compared.

FAMU was admitted in the late 70s. Maybe I should have been clearer, no MEAC school that was admitted into the conference after 1980 has won an FCS playoff game.
